1 x 60min session A focused, hands-on treatment for people with pain, stiffness or ongoing tension. We use firm but comfortable pressure to ease tight areas, improve muscle and fascia glide, and help your body feel freer and more functional so you can keep doing the things you love to do. This approach is often helpful for neck and shoulder tension, sore or stiff backs, hip and joint discomfort including the jaw, common issues like plantar fasciitis and general restricted mobility and referred pain. Throughout the session we check in and adjust the pressure so it always feels safe and manageable for you.

60min 1-1 FAMO is a fascia-focused body-minded movement modality taught as one to one sessions or buddy class environment in person in the studio. Fascia is a body-wide extra-cellular network that shapes us and is our biggest sensory organ. The health-enhancing qualities of fascia contribute to balance, stability, movement efficiency, vitality and strength. The movement sequences contain dynamic and rhythmical as well as soft and melting exercises in all body positions.

60min session This session combines hands-on fascia-unwinding massage with gentle brain and nervous system training to help your body feel safer and more at ease. We may use specific vision and balance (vestibular) drills to support pain relief, improve how steady and coordinated you feel, and help your system regulate and relax more deeply.
It’s not a problem to cancel or amend your appointment. All I ask is that you give me a minimum of 48 hours notice to fill the slot otherwise the full cost may be incurred. Payment is in-person with cash or any credit or debit card. You can also store your credit card securely on my booking system.
