About

I'm an integrative bodywork therapist specializing in brain-based approaches to movement, balance, and pain—using applied neuroscience and hands on fascial release.

who I am

Since establishing my practice in 2007, my journey as a therapist has become deeply rooted in the study of the brain, movement, and creativity. I am constantly curious by how neuroscience and bodywork can empower people to move better, balance better and see better, the world becomes huge.

My interests extend to the art world—particularly sculpture and visual arts—which shapes my approach to therapy with creativity, curiosity, and a unique perspective on movement and posture. I am committed to working with people of all ages and backgrounds, from teenagers to octogenarians, whether you’re exploring movement for the first time, returning to your favourite activities, or looking for proactive strategies for lasting wellbeing.

how I help

Whether you’re looking to recover from injury, prevent falls, improve balance or simply enjoy your favourite activities with less worry, my integrative approach supports you to move, live, and prepare for life’s challenges—no matter your age, ability or athleticism

Inclusive

You are very much part of the process of any treatment plan. doing something together rather than having something done to you facilitates a deeper connection to any debilitating nervous system patterns, aches or pains.

Awareness

The breakthrough moment? When clients feel it: that shift from tension to balance, from restriction to ease. That's when everything clicks. The body does not work in isolation everything starts and ends with the brain.

Integration

Your brain integrates input from three key systems—visual, vestibular, and proprioceptive—to create motor output. When these systems work in harmony, you move well, balance well and see well. I help map this integration for your unique needs.

what people say

“I think it was around this time last year I came to you for treatment. When I came to you I was having lots of pain in my shoulders, arms & neck. Also was unable to raise my arms and had problems dressing/undressing . I felt the difference just after my first appointment. After few sessions with you I couldn\’t believe that I could actually do my hair & dress/undress without help. I am sure you came as my guardian angel when I needed you. I am really grateful to you.”
