My Approach
I established my practice in 2007, and since then my work has evolved into a deep exploration of how the brain, fascia, and movement systems interact. Working with clients from teenagers to octogenarians keeps me curious, engaged, and constantly learning.
My approach is rooted in applied neuroscience—specifically the integration of visual, vestibular, and proprioceptive systems to improve movement, balance, and pain. I’m currently studying with Z-Health Performance Solutions, diving deeper into brain-based approaches to movement and performance.
Training & Continued Education
I’ve studied extensively with leading experts in fascia and movement, including Thomas Myers (Anatomy Trains) and Art of Motion (FAMO – Fascia Movement Training). I’m also certified in Fall Prevention and Preparation, applying brain-based strategies to improve balance and confidence. My work is shaped by embedding and embodying this knowledge—combining fascia, anatomy, and applied neuroscience to create lasting change.
beyond the clinic
I’m a practicing artist with BA(Hons) and MA degrees in Fine Art. I work on individual projects and collaborate with three other women [NAME], our social practice collective crosses theory, art, film, and performance.
My teaching qualification in Higher Education influences everything I do—whether working one-to-one or leading group sessions. I bring the same clarity, curiosity, and ability to adapt to different learning styles into every treatment and workshop.
I’m also a keen cyclist who loves a challenge. A few years ago, I became a member of the prestigious Club des Cinglés du Mont-Ventoux—completing all three ascents and descents of the “Giant of Provence” in under 10 hours (137km, 4400m of climbing). At the time, I was the first recorded Scottish woman to achieve it.
